That being said, I simply cannot help everyone, so please refer to the FREE and paid content on my website to better understand how I approach things like System Cleanups. This is for transparency, trust, and to give people the confidence to do it themselves if they wish. I promise you that not all System Cleanups are done to the same standards, for example.

What To Expect:
When did you last perform a System Cleanup, or had one done? More importantly, when was it done well?
If you need help remembering, your computer needs one. Even if a Cleanup has been done, it may have yet to be done properly and personalized to your needs.
I strongly recommend first doing a proper System Cleanup. After that, depending on how often you use your computer, I generally recommend a Monthly Tune-up about once a month. This process takes roughly 20 minutes.
A Monthly Tune-up basically involves tidying things up, clearing junk files (not including Cookies), updating Windows and commonly used free programs, and a few other quick steps.
