Starting in January 2025, I can resolve issues affecting your computer for FREE. I specialize in doing System Cleanups, but I'll consider many kinds of PC related issues.
You can also leave me a voicemail up to 5 minutes describing your situation and the issue you're facing, and I may address your question in a video or podcast episode.

Why would I do that?
Well, I record my work and conversations and use clips to create YouTube videos and podcast episodes. This helps me share my knowledge while also earning income through platforms like YouTube, Patreon, and Buy Me a Coffee. If you like what you see, those are great ways to support me!
To be clear, the focus of my content is on the work I'm doing. I won't show your files or anything related to what you use the computer for, whether for personal or business use. I'll blur things out, or use other methods.
I want us to focus on your computer, not worry about the cost. That said, replacement parts or recommended software and the associated costs are the client's responsibility. I will not cover those costs.
Drop Off Services
I am not always available, so I provide secure drop off lockers for your convenience in the Red Deer area.
Remote support is available. A Zoom call or phone call is required before work begins.
