Drop Off Computer Services
As of January 2025...
I offer FREE computer repair services in exchange for recording my conversations with you on Zoom or on the phone, and recording the work itself (remotely or in person). I will use clips in my YouTube videos and podcast episodes.

Drop Off Lockers
I am not always available, so I provide secure drop off lockers for your convenience for customers in the Red Deer area. I will assign the customer a locker to use, and provide each customer with their own 9-digit PIN code that will never be repeated for any work done in the future.
Initial Consultations are done by Zoom call whenever possible. Quick conversations at the time of drop off are offered, but not always possible.
When the work is done, please pick up your computer ASAP from your assigned locker using your provide PIN code.
System Cleanup
Your computer needs a System Cleanup, regardless of its age. Many companies rarely do a thorough job, and even right out of the gate, things can be done to improve performance and reliability and personalize YOUR computer for YOUR needs, while addressing frustrations and annoyances.
