Using Emailed Login Links When Signing Into KevinTheTechGuy.ca and What You Need to Know About Passwordless Login
Passwords are a pain, and we all hate using them, and remembering them or making note of every account password is also a pain. Thankfully, modern technology offers the option of secure one-time sign-in links to be sent via email, instead.
Some websites offer the convenience of an email sign-in link OR a regular username and hopefully strong password. This website offers that. Email can be finicky sometimes, and it can sometimes take a message 5-10 minutes to arrive, though that's rare.
I fully encourage you to use the email sign-in link option on this website instead of your username/email address and password. I think you'll really like it!
Your account will still have required strong password as a backup. I strongly recommend using the password managers 1Password or Bit Warden to safely store your login information.
You can then click the one-time single-use link in that email to sign into your paid subscriber account. It's that easy.
The one-time code is built into the link so you don't have to worry about it, and it'll just work. The link and code cannot be used again. To login again in the future, you'll need to request a new sign-in link.
I sincerely hope you'll appreciate this method of signing into this website as a paid subscriber. Secure passwords will always be an option, but I honestly think you'll prefer using emailed sign-in links.
