Please Note: I live in Alberta, Canada, but I can help anyone with their computer remotely. High-speed internet is required.

Please Note: All calls go to voicemail. Please be clear and concise. If I select your question to answer in a video or blog post, I may contact you to clarify your technology-related issue. If remote support is deemed necessary, I will charge a rate of $15 per 15 minutes, with a minimum of $15. I simply cannot help everyone. For the most part, I will provide solutions via my videos and blog posts.
