Kevin’s Picks: AirDroid
This time, my Quick Pick is AirDroid! It is NOT FREE, but it is affordable. You install the program and app on your Windows computer and Android or iPhone, and they communicate with each other and allow you to control your phone from your computer, including the ability to send and receive text messages.

AirDroid is available for iPhone and Android, but is truly designed to work the best with Android. Android is NOT FREE, but is very affordable.
Some of it’s features include the ability to view your contacts.
You can also view your recent call history details.

You can send and receive text messages via your smartphone within AirDroid.
AirDroid also offers desktop notifications for calls, text messages, and more, and you can configure those settings in AirDroid.
