My Plans Regarding Free and Paid How To Guides

I have now published a number of free How To Guides on this website. They are the shorter versions of what will end up on my paid subscriber Patreon among many other benefits for $5 per month, and available individually for $5.

These include "The First Things You Should Do When Setting Up Windows 11", "How To Perform a Monthly Tune-Up", "How To Download, Install, and Use 1Password", "How To Download, Install, and Use Bit Warden", and "How To Perform A System Cleanup".

You should be able to follow the steps in the free versions with relative ease, but more granular steps will only be available in the paid versions. My hope is that you will consider either $5 per month, among many other benefits on Patreon, or a one-time fee of $5 very fair, and appreciate the value there.

You will also find more detailed versions of certain blog posts (not Quick Tips or Kevin's Picks) on my Patreon as well for that $5 per month.

I feel the need to publish the free versions of some How To Guides here to give you a real sense of what you can expect with the more detailed, paid versions, and I hope that you won't hesitate to support my work.

This entire website is a labour of love, but I have truly enjoyed creating How To Guides since my days doing on-site and remote work as an IT contractor for residential and home business clients.

I created some guides for them, which they greatly appreciated, in exchange for signing up for a free Dropbox account via referral, and I would gain storage space as a result. I'm not doing that now, but still very much want to create these guides for people.
